This is smaller than what you think it would be, but it is perfect for my weekly/monthly calendar book. I love that I can angle it so I can see it well when I need to refer to it. If you need to write, you do need to hold it still to keep it from rotating, but that isn't a big deal to me. I love that you can store pens in this and other small items like mini post-it notes. You can easily change the angle of the stand and it rotates very smoothly. It's very classy looking and a great addition to my office desk. I was blessed to be able to purchase this as an open-box item so it was discounted. I can confirm this is an elegant looking stand and is very sturdy.
