I bought 2 of them one came in and it works great looks brand new the second one I got has a giant bubble on the keypad none of the buttons work neither does the curse pad. I tried returning it to be hung up on 6 different times and told the seller doesn't allow it I can pay to ship it back and they can attempt to repair it or they can transfer me to the IT department so they can help either way I got screwed and so did my son. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY IT!!!
