The SYL 2 tablet mount has two cushioned V shaped sections that hold the tablet in position. The mounts height is adjustable from 3 to 9 inches and accepts most tablets that are rounded on their edges. Multiple 1/4 20 and 3/8 mounting options. tripod not included.

This is my first review I have ever written. I have used many mounts before and this is by far the best. I stream games with my phone to Facebook and record the games on my iPad. I use the 9.7 iPad Pro to record my kids lacrosse and hockey games. This mount had a hole at the top that works perfectly for my Square Jellyfish iPhone mount for my 6s plus. This Glide Gear mount is made of all metal components. The problem with others I have used is that they are made out of plastics and are susceptible to breaking or what I have noticed in high winds is the mounts vibrate more.I use a case on my iPad so this mount holds great. If it had a rubberized or silicone pads it would probably be better but to me that doesn't matter since I always use a case. If you do a lot of videoing of games, concerts or other family events, this is by far the best most versatile tripod mount you will find at a very reasonable price for top quality product.
