I bought this to help keep my ipad at a good angle for drawing. It does what it's meant to and is sturdy. My ipad also stays in place--no slipping around. And it vents pretty well so my ipad doesn't overheat. The only things I'm not fond of (and these are very little things, imo) are that when folded flat, the stands get stuck in the frame due to their no-slip bands on the feet, so you have to take your tablet off, flip the back-liner down, and push them out from the frame from the other side. Not a huge issue, but a bit annoying. I also wish there was a way to lock the feet in place once you set them to the angle you want. If I pick the stand up to move it for any reason, the feet slip out of the notches. Again, not a major problem, but a little annoying. Lastly, I wish there was a greater angle range. I also use my ipad for reference material while working on my laptop, and to watch shows. It would be nice if, for these occasions, I could steepen the angle so it's closer to vertical. But all in all, this is a pretty solid product and I would still absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes to draw or write on their tablet.Love itIt works and does what is advertised and was good value. Too complicated by more than half but it worksThis stand is solid and sturdy. It's all metal with several notches in the back into which the kickstand goes in order to adjust the angle. The only problem with it is the kickstand locks in place by gravity. With the iPad laying on top, it's incredibly stable. But if you pick up the stand to move it, the kickstand will separate from the body and you'll need to put it back into place when you put it back down onto the table or desk. There's no way to permanently lock it into place.So it's a fantastic stand as long as you don't move it!The stand works really well for just about everything it said it would. I use a 15.6" drawing tablet (XP Pen artist 15.6) and I bought the stand specifically for it. Unfortunately, the magnet that holds the fabric portion to the metal interferes with my stylus (it's battery-free and uses magnets to communicate with the tablet itself). It luckily only interferes with the pen right where the magnet is, and I was able to fix the interference with a folded piece of paper over the magnet. It's an easy fix, but keep this in mind when you're buying it. I'm probably going to remove the portion with the magnet and replace it with some fabric for a more long-term solution (I didn't intend on using the "viewing" angle on the display regardless). Using my laptop on its own (a touch screen with an electronic stylus) had no issues with the magnet, and I didn't find any issues on other devices either. Other than the magnet issue, it's very sturdy and has no shake whatsoever when in use despite my device being quite a bit larger than the stand itself. The flatest setting is a little high compared to other stands I've seen, but I personally prefer the extra angle. The grips on the bottom also do really well at keeping both the tablet and the stand in place where you want them.I work vertically on 90 percent or my work. This tablet stand is sturdy and the the footers are high enough to work while my tablet is still in the case and space to keep it plugged in. Good purchase.resistant and practicalI use the the PR113 adjustable stand to both draw and browse the web for my iPad Pro 11inch (3rd gen). The stand is sturdy for drawing and it even holds up when I am lounging on the couch! In addition to the four well-supported angles, I found that using the stand as a free-form hinge worked well for browsing the web. However, you’ll want to use one of the four super-sturdy angles for drawing due to the pressure exerted. I really wanted something that compliments my Magic Keyboard and this product adds the versatility that I was looking for. I wish that there was a better cutout for the camera bump; I added some small felt pads that I had lying around since the metal surface of the stand seemed like it would scratch the back of my iPad.
