I tried to use my warranty but Amazon is not allowing even when i have called months ago claim it. Now they said it is too late even though warranty is for two years. EMAIL was sent by Amazon indicating taht the Item was lost when it was supposedly and "sent back." It was a gift for my nephew that is a child the reason why i bought the warranty
