there's a crack because I dropped it, but it's not bad. the crack does not affect the touch screen capability. I mostly used it for netflix and hulu. I will throw in a case. I will post pictures ASAP. I do not have the original charger. I'm pretty sure the smallest SIM card (Tmobile) is used. it's good on WIFI and bluetooth. recommended for small kids if they like playing games or watching shows. God help me if I could give this half a star I would! I've never had a tablet that was so slow and when it finally would load an app or a book or a picture it would stay on for about 10 seconds and then the entire tablet would restart. I didn't tell it to restart, it just took it upon itself to do so. I thought it was my internet so I used it purely for pictures and after I can swipe through for pictures it restarts. No explanation, no button to stop it, it just restarts. If I plug it in and set it on my chair after about 10 minutes of absolutely not touching it it will restart. It doesn't shut down, it doesn't go to sleep, it just freaking restarts. I hate this! I got it free from my cell phone company, T-Mobile, and I still want my money back.
