No doubt it's a quality item. The leather and the zipper will last long. The portfolio comes with a packaging that shows care and professionalism. The 12.9" iPad fits in the compartment, the Apple stylus fits in the loop in the middle. I only have a minor with the compartment for the iPad 12.9": inevitably when you open the folio, the iPad on the left side WILL slide down from its pocket and hit the stylus. This is a bit annoying. to solve this a leather tab with a snap button (?) would secure the iPad in place in its comportment.
