I gave this 5 stars for being good at what it is - a cost-effective, versatile, AIO DTR. It is NOT a high-power computer designed for serious graphics and games, but it doesn't cost nearly as much, either.Good: Beautiful 20"screen. Not 1080p, but unless you are working with super-HD images, it makes no difference. Comes with electronic board games, so it works wonderfully to play Monopoly, for example, with the device flat on the table like a huge tablet. It has a very well designed "kick stand" that deploys in position for use as a computer. It is quite robust, and works very well to allow you to tilt the unit back at any angle (including down flat). And it has a battery that lasts me almost 5 hours (though the spec is a bit over 3 hours). Either way, long enough for a movie (which stream beautifully), and very useful to move the device while running without worrying about losing power. Also good to leave sleeping or hibernating without power loss concerns - kind of like a built-in UPS. I am a fan of touchscreens (after all, I use them on my phone and tablet already) and get annoyed when my Windows 7 computers don't respond to my fingers! Easy to get spoiled, eh? Also very nice as a display unit. Sure beats bringing a laptop and a second monitor to cabling up at a trade show. It comes with 4GB RAM and a 1TB drive (which is quickened by an 8GB SSD setup). Surprisingly nice audio built in.I see complaints about it being almost 12 pounds. Since I am not using it in my lap, I see this as a positive as it makes the unit very stable and sturdy, and allows it to work well as a touchscreen. I also see "complaints" that it is not a good tablet. Duh - it wasn't designed to be. Do you really want a 20" tablet, whether it weights twelve pounds, or six?It is not as fast as my I7 desktop, obviously, but didn't cost nearly as much. I do plan to add 4 gigs of RAM to bring it to 8. That will give it a bit of a boost, though it is fine as is for my primary work of Office, QuickBooks, and online applications. I wish there were a handle to make it easy to move with one hand, but it is not a big limitation for me. Limited ports - only 3 USB, power, Mic/headphone. No HDMI, but has WiDi, so can watch wirelessly with an adapter on the big screen (about $40). SD card slot, bizzarly located on the bottom where you cannot get to it in normal computer operating position (who was the genius who made THAT choice?).
